On your device, tap Settings > Focus and select the relevant Focus Group. If you have an Apple device and are using Focus Modes, AIB notifications may be suppressed. If you aren’t receiving notifications, first check that notifications are enabled for the AIB Mobile app (for personal cardholders) or AIB Authenticator app (for business cardholders).
